Postage
All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48. Postage prices are based on the size and weight of your parcel: £1.95, £3.95, £6.95 or £8.95. (Please note that we do not ship furniture or some other larger items).
We aim to dispatch items the same day if ordered by 4 pm and the next day if ordered after 4 pm.
International orders are sent tracked, and postage costs depend on the size and weight of your parcel. We are not responsible for any customs charges that may occur.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at this time due to the new GPSR rules.
Click and Collect
Remember, if you’re a local customer, you can pay for your items online and pick them up for free when you're next in Stockbridge. Just select the ‘Pick Up’ option when you check out, and we’ll send you an email when they are ready to collect.
